Bodi Rum pronounced as "Board room" literally meaning a place where important decisions are made; is a business consulting firm, duly registered in Uganda under registration number 80034738130213.
A brain child of our Chairman Mr. Ayebare; Bodi Rum Consultants Ltd was established to bridge the gap between potential investors looking for safe and viable projects to invest in and businesses which were looking for affordable financing terms without the lengthy processes of the banks.
Most potential investors have had bad experiences in Africa; some have been conned of their money, in some instances the bureaucratic processes are discouraging and most of them (investors) fear the risks associated with the unstable governments and economies. On the other hand, genuine businesses have for long struggled to find affordable capital for startup or expansion.
For these reasons, we have strategically positioned ourselves as the "missing link"; handling all the project planning activities, risk assessment & management, market research, contract negotiations, project evaluation, feasibility studies, investment advice and above all, ensuring that our investors get a reasonable return on their investment.
Our management team has a combined experience of over 40 years in finance, project management, investment, risk management and public-private partnerships, lobbying and public procurements.
Our close working relationships with the local banks, our reliable network of investors and insurance companies enable us to deliver any project regardless of size or complexity.

HAROLD AYEBARE
Chairman
Mr. Ayebare brings a wealth of experience gained over the years in investment advisory. Before starting Bodi Rum, he successfully negotiated and closed a number of high profile projects ranging from solar plants, road construction, security contracts, agriculture, tourism, minerals, and telecom.
Realising that the investors prefered working with registered companies instead of individuals, Mr. Ayebare established Bodi Rum Consultants Ltd.
SHEILA RWANGYEZI
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Before joining Bodi Rum as the Managing Director, Ms. Rwangyezi worked with Ernst & Young; a world wide consulting firm, Century Park Hotel & Residences; an estates development company that specialises in luxury apartments, villas and hotels.
Ms. Rwangyezi has over 15 years in financial controls, audit, administration and project planning, implementation and monitoring.

Operations Manager
Engineer Asiimwe comes with 12 years experience in managing multi cultural organisations operating in different countries across the world. He is responsible for the day to day operations of the company and ensuring.
Gift Odur
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Odur joins Bodi Rum Consultants with a wealth of experience in strategic financial management & control. He has over 10 years experience in accounting, finance, audit, project management and risk management.
